Walking into this office was so peaceful! The staff is AMAZING! They are so welcoming and patient. Dr. McDougal makes sure to talk you through every step of the process! The environment is so inviting!! I will recommend this location to any and everyone! Such a beautiful staff! Thank you all so much for taking care of me and treating me so kindly.

All I can say is "stay off the internet!" Cause what you read is nothing like the experience with Dr McDougal! From the initial consultation to the final process of my root canal, I was just relieved and comforted by his thorough explanation of the treatment and process needed, kind and reassuring demeanor and professionalism and Ohhhh, the music! He even caters to your musical vibe of the day!! He definitely delivered!

This is only as it relates to billing. Dr. McDougal is excellent.. However, the people handling the billing are bad reflection of his services. IF you go to this doctor be sure to request a cost estimate, call your insurance company and confirm what they told you is accurate. His billing team will give one amount AFTER treatment then come back and say you owe more months later. Then threaten to send you to collections for THEIR miscalculations. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... I saw another review state they also had billing issues and was overcharged. Be cautious..

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. McDougal as an endodontist. From start to finish, my experience under his and his staff's care was exceptional. Their clinical expertise is evident in every step of the process and delivers outstanding results while ensuring the highest level of patient comfort. Dr. McDougal is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate. He took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, answer all questions with patience, and addressed my concerns. Dr. McDougal's calming demeanor and professionalism immediately put me at ease, even during complex treatments. And BONUS, I was given my choice of music to listen to during the procedure, which helped make the procedure time pass quickly. If you're looking for an endodontist who is not only technically excellent but also truly dedicated to patient-centered care, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. McDougal. He is a credit to his profession, and I feel fortunate to have been in his care.

McDougal Endodontics is the place to go if you are in need of any dental care that falls within their scope of practice! I went in a few weeks ago needing a root canal and feeling very fearful of the process as I’d never had one before and have had awful experiences with painful dental work in the past. Dr. McDougal was thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and took the time and care to explain each step to me and provided ample reassurance along the way. I even got to select music during the procedure that helped calm my nerves. Dr. McDougal consistently checked in with me to ensure I felt no pain. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any doctor ever. Everyone working there from reception to the dental assistant and Dr. McDougal himself offers the kind of patient care everyone in healthcare should strive for. Beyond that, everyone there was so personable and gracious. I learned how to be a better healthcare worker myself just by being their patient. My root canal has healed swiftly and I have zero complaints since receiving care. I can’t recommend them enough!
